This policy explains what personal information Nexus Digital Solutions ("Nexus", "we", "us") collects on nexusdigitalcraft.com, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. Nexus is the trading name of the business that runs this website.

1. What we collect

• Email address, when you request Night 1 Free or join our list. Collected only with your consent (a tick box that is unticked by default).
• Name, email, and message, when you send a contact or custom-request form.
• Purchase details, when you buy a product. Payments are taken and processed by Whop, our checkout provider. We receive the order details Whop shares with us, such as your email and the product bought. We do not receive or store your card details.
• Technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, recorded in the server logs of our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to keep the site running and secure.

2. The Sleep Plan Builder and Night Log stay on your device

The Sleep Plan Builder loads its chart and runtime code from jsdelivr.net, a public content delivery network. That network receives the IP address of your device, the same as any website you visit. It receives nothing you type into the tool.

Information you type into the Sleep Plan Builder and the Night Log (for example your baby's name, date of birth, and nightly notes) is stored only in your browser on your device. It is not sent to Nexus or stored on our servers. Clearing your browser data deletes it. Use the Export & Backup feature in the tool if you want a copy.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To send you Night 1 Free and emails you asked for: your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• To answer your messages and handle custom requests: our legitimate interest in replying to you.
• To deliver what you bought, handle refunds, and keep accounting records: performing our contract with you and meeting legal obligations.
• To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interest.

4. How long we keep it

• Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your address.
• Contact and custom-request messages: 12 months after your last reply, unless the conversation leads to a purchase.
• Purchase records: as long as the law requires for accounting and tax, typically 6 years.
• Server logs from Cloudflare: kept by Cloudflare for a short period under its own policy.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business:

• Whop: checkout, payments, and delivery of purchased products.
• Cloudflare: website hosting, security, and server logs.
• jsdelivr.net: public CDN that serves the chart and runtime code for the Sleep Plan Builder. Receives IP addresses only.
• Email provider: to send the emails you asked for. The provider is being selected and will be named here before the email list opens.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

6. Cookies

The website itself does not set tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set essential technical cookies for security. Whop may set cookies on its own checkout pages under its own policy.

7. Children

The site is written for parents and carers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International transfers

Nexus is based in Pakistan. Our providers (Whop, Cloudflare, and the email provider) may process data in other countries. Where that happens, they rely on their own transfer safeguards.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; receive a copy in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. To use these rights, email the contact address below. We respond within 30 days.

10. Security

We use HTTPS on every page and limit access to the systems that hold personal information. No internet service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be announced on the website.
